For returns and exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery we offer a free returns service via our international courier DHL or local courier Canada Post. Sale items are final sale. Pieces must be unworn, with tags attached, in sellable condition, as it was received. Pieces that are returned to Sid Neigum Designs Inc. that do not meet this criteria will be returned back to the customer.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process subject to the conditions detailed below. RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at email@example.com. Once you have received your RMA please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your request for an RMA.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Sid Neigum Designs Inc. and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customer’s cost for shipping and refunded only as a store credit.
Sid Neigum Designs Inc. will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day if they wish to return.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via DHL or Canada Post.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside of Canada.
You should make the goods freely available for collection by DHL at a mutually convenient time within 7 days of receiving the RMA. The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods.
Sid Neigum Designs Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages.
