All orders are processed from Toronto, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We primarily ship using:

  • DHL Express for international orders

  • Canada Post for Canadian orders

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and order requirements.

Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control may occur.

International Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sid Neigum Designs Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen following confirmed delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim where applicable.
