Returns & Exchanges

Create a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Returns Portal.

We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or store credit requests within 30 days of delivery.

A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit:

Return labels are provided through our returns portal.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached, and returned in saleable condition.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Items returned worn, damaged, altered, or without original tags may be refused and returned to the customer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and may be made for a different size, colour, or style.

Any price difference between items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved following inspection.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a return label.

Returns shipped outside this period may be accepted at our discretion for store credit only.

Please return items using the original packaging, or packaging of a similar size, to help avoid unnecessary shipping surcharges.

Additional carrier charges resulting from oversized packaging may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery before removing tags or discarding packaging.

If your item arrives without tags and you may wish to return it, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

International duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.

Sid Neigum Designs Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen following confirmed delivery.
