Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a return, email us at info@sidneigum.com.

  • If approved, we will send:

    • A DHL return label via email for international orders

    • A Canada Post return label link for Canadian orders


Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Return shipments are paid by the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns and will also be deducted from the refund or credit.


Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in sellable condition.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items returned worn, without tags, or damaged will be sent back to you.


Packaging Requirements
To help us minimize shipping fees:

  • Please use the original packaging or a box/envelope of similar size.

  • Returns sent in oversized packaging may incur additional shipping charges, which will also be deducted from your refund or store credit.


Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and passes quality inspection.


Timing & Store Credit

  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label.

  • Late returns may be accepted at our discretion and issued as store credit only.

  • Any further exchanges or returns outside the initial window are at the customer’s expense and may be refunded as store credit only.


Important Notes

  • Check garments carefully upon delivery before removing tags or discarding packaging.

  • If your item arrives without tags and you plan to return it, notify us the same day.

  • We are not liable for returns not sent using our provided DHL or Canada Post labels.

  • International customs duties and taxes are not refundable.

  • Sid Neigum Designs Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages.
